Relatively to my critique, the only thing I can do is to compliment your work. Its simply great!

The color are simply perfect, the shades are very well used, the technique of drawing is very well executed, the facial expression, even her eyes that seems to glow, and in addition, you managed to capture something very difficult to achieve "Emotion".
I love that look, simply love the gaze she transmits. No doubt that she's able to capture the attention of anyone.
