First, I must say that this is an original way to present a portrait. Looking at a portrait from a non-standard angle always gives some interesting and special character.
Another thing I like about this work is the use of a glimpse of colour in an almost black and white drawing.
Also, most of the face looks realistic and does represent Kirsten Stewart as Bella in a "right" way. I especially like the eyes and the lips which in my opinion are well-drawn from a technical point of view.
About things I think could have been worked on a little more - I would like to suggest the right side of the drawing: The hair looks a little too "simple" comparing to the face. More light and darkness contrast could have given it a more realistic look. Also, the "Twilight" text looks a little out of place. Its appearance by itself does add to the originality of the work, but something in the way it's drawn seems less fit to me - maybe making it more saturated could have helped.
Another small point - the chin line. It looks a little blurred and crooked in the lower part. defining it better would have given it a more realistic look.
Overall, I do think it's a good drawing.
