This is such a beautiful piece of work. You caught my breath when I saw it. I love how you actually added every single strand of hair. The shading is amazing. The eyes are so realistic. The lips are outstanding. God, haha i'm using all these fancy words to describe it!
I really love how you posed her, so she's looking at the viewer and her arms are crossed. The posture of her is breathtaking.
Shading is brilliant. You made her head the exact shape as it really is.
There's only one thing I think you could work on.
You could try to make her more realistic. For example her face looks perfect. Maybe try to add a few creases.
But hon, that's only me. Great job, and keep it up!
