I just read that this is Katie Holmes. I found a picture of Katie on Google that looks like this drawing, she's got a blue top on and her hand is on her chest. To be completely honest, the chin and jawline looks exactly like the photo. And her left cheek and hair look great.
I think the only thing that made me not realise it was Katie Holmes is that her right cheek doesn't seem to be round enough. I think everyone knows Katie for her cute round cheeks like in the photograph.
Her eyebrow could be fuller at the end and her left eye is more squinting in the photo.
But like i said in my comment before this. Amazing detailed drawing, so beautiful
