. I promised to dedicate a drawing to her and what is better than a Vincent Valentine drawing. 
This is a scan of the drawing, I'll make a photo of it tomorrow and if it looks more like the original, I change it.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis is by far the BEST work of art i've ever seen of Vincent! He is one of my favorite FF characters and you did him justice by how you drew him, i LOVE it you did very well.
The hair and eyes are my favorite, i love how you did it and the back ground looks amazing; wish i could shade like this but with that being said you inspire me to grow better in my art so that some day i may be able to draw Vincent like this in my own style.
There is not anything i see that needs improvement you did AWESOME!
